- chocolate chip cake mix
- 2 2/3 cup flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- couple handfuls of mini chocolate chips
Whisk dry and wet ingredients separately.
Slowly poor wet mixture into dry mixture while whisking.
Stir in food coloring until you get the pink watermelon color. (One user says to use a rose color w/ a small amount of yellow)
Bake at 350 for 23 minutes.
Top with buttercream frosting.
(Mix in a combination of green food coloring with a little yellow for a green topping)

Martha Stewart's Snickerdoodle Cupcakes!
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon, plus 1/2 tsp for dusting
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cup sugar, plus 2 Tbsp for dusting
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Sift together flours, baking powder, salt, and 1 Tbsp cinnamon.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy w/ an electric mixer on a medium-high speed.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is mixed.
Beat in vanilla.
Add flour mix into 3 batches, alternating with 2 additions of milk, and beating until combined after each.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
As for topping, Martha Stewart's "7 Minute Frosting" is the best bet!
Combine remaining 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 2 Tbsp sugar.
Either use a pastry bag with a frosting tip for a professional, finished look!
Finish by dusting cinnamon over cupcakes.
